摘要
新增建筑的地下室基坑南侧紧邻的深圳地铁龙华线地铁车辆检修站对结构变形极为敏感。在进行该区域的地下室外墙施工时,通过与基坑支护设计单位及新增结构设计单位的充分沟通,采用一种可靠的支撑体系来确保在腰梁被破除后,基坑支护仍有足够的水平力,从而保障了建筑与施工的安全。
The south of the basement foundation pit in the new building, adjacent to the metro vehicle overhauling station of Shenzhen Longhua metro line, is very sensitive to the structural deformation. When the basement exterior wall of the region is under construction, a kind of reliable supporting system is adopted to ensure that foundation pit support still has enough horizontal force after dismantling the middle beam, which was fully communicated with the design units of the foundation pit support and the new structures, so as to ensure the safety of the building and the construction.
