电针配合穴位注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

目的:观察电针配合甲钴胺注射液穴位注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:60例随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组取腰椎间盘突出病变部位相应的夹脊穴为主穴电针,配合弥可保阿是穴穴位注射。对照组单用电针治疗。均隔天治疗1次,10次为一疗程。结果:1个疗程后,两组症状体征量化评分及SF-MPQ评分较治疗前下降(P<0.05),而治疗组症状体征量化评分和SF-MPQ评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。总有效率治疗组较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:电针配合穴位注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效肯定,比单用电针治疗效果更好。

Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture combined with mecobalamin injection with acupoiut injection treatment on lumbar disc herniation. Method： 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups evenly, the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group were treated with Jiaji points corresponding to the prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc lesion combined with acupoint injection of mecobalamin while the control group were treated with electroacupuncture therapy. Both groups were treated once another day, 10 times as one course of treatment. Result： After 1 course of treatment, 2 groups of patients＇ symptoms and signs of quantitative score and SF-MPQ score was decreased compared with that before treatment （ P〈0.05 ） .Symptoms and signs of quantitative score and SF-MPQ score of the treatment group were lower than that of the control group, with significant difference （ P〈0.05 ） .The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： The therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture combined with mecobalamin injection with acupoint injection treatment on lumbar disc herniation is remarkable, which was better than that of acupuncture only.
