中药熏洗预防卡培他滨所致手足综合征临床研究

目的:观察中药熏洗早期应用预防卡培他滨所致手足综合征的临床疗效。方法:100例随机分为两组各50例。治疗组用化疗(含卡培他滨方案)及中药熏洗,对照组用化疗(含卡培他滨方案)。结果:手足综合征发生率治疗组34%,对照组52%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏洗预防卡培他滨所致手足综合征有确切疗效。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of early application of the herbal fumigation on Hand-foot syndrome caused by Capecitabin. Method： 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups （ 50 cases in each group）. The treatment group were treated with the herbal fumigation at the same time of the chemotherapy including Capecitabin while the control group were treated with the chemotherapy including Capecitabin only. Result： The incidence of Hand-foot syndrome was 34% in the treatment group while that was 52% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： The herbal fumigation has definite curative effect on hand-foot syndrome caused by Capecitabin.
