高等教育场域中社会流动和阶层固化的社会学思考

Sociological Consideration on the Social Mobility and Class Consolidation in the Field of Higher Education

教育与社会分层的关系问题一直是教育社会学的热点研究领域,而高等教育在社会流动中的作用问题,同样是高等教育在社会分层影响中的重要考量和参数。教育作为个体跨越阶层障碍的"撑杆",具有促使自身阶层向上流动的积极作用。然而,在社会转型和发展期受诸多因素影响,高等教育助推个体积极的社会流动的功能不断弱化,相反却加剧了社会阶层的固化,进而导致"精英循环"与"蚁族复制"现象的并行。

The issue of the relationship between education and social stratification has been a hot topic in the Educational Sociolo-gy, and the role problem of higher education in the social mobility is also the important considerations and parameters in the socialstratification. Education, as an individual beyond class barriers ＂poles＂, plays a positive role in pushing their own class upward. Inthe period of social transformation and development, however, the functions of higher education on individual initiative and social mob-ility are weakening for many factors. Instead, it leads to curing of social stratum and ＂elite circulation＂ and ＂ant copy＂ phenomena inparallel.
