摘要
教授作为大学教师的优秀代表,参与主导治学工作既是加强民主管理、推进依法治校的必然要求,也是学校教育行为当事人的基本权利和应尽义务。要实现真正意义上的教授治学,既需要教授自身能力的提高和治学意愿的增强,也需要政府、学校等在规制上形成保障教授治学的有效机制。
Professors as outstanding representatives of university teachers involved in leading scholarly work is not only to strength-en democratic management, a necessary requirement to promote law school, but also the fundamental rights and due obligations school-ing behavior of the parties. To achieve a real sense of scholarly professor, not only need to teach scholarship willingness to improve andenhance their own ability, but also the need for effective mechanisms to protect government professor scholarship, schools, etc. isformed on the Regulation.
