Through the analysis of the importance and urgency of college student＇ precise funding work and the significance of im-proving relevant departments and managers＇ understanding of college students＇ financial assistance work, this paper presents that it re-quires staff members to correctly understand the difficulty of accurate discernment and to provide ways of improving precise funding soas to realize the ＂precision＂ of college students＇ funding work, to combine assistance with education and to raise the level of collegestudents ＇ financial assistance work.
