摘要 心理引导因素分析成为高校思政教育体系构建中重点发展的一部分,给予大学生完善的心理引导服务,掌握大学生中思想变化情况,加强思政教育工作者的教育能力,以学生的心理特征作为切入点,重视以人为本的理念,提升学生的心理抗挫能力,拓宽高校思政教育的途径,打造全新的思政教育模式,将心理引导教育纳入高校思政教育体系,加速其制度化建设,打造具有针对性和时效性的思政教育体系。研究表明,将心理引导因素分析引入到思政教育体系中去,通过恰当的心理引导策略可以改变大学生的自身观念,优化高校心理环境。 The analysis of psychological guidance has become a part of the construction of college ideological and political educa-tion, which provides college students thorough psychological guidance. The psychological guidance can grasp the situation of students'thought and improve educators' ability. It puts college students' psychological features as the entry point with the idea of people first. Itcan promote students' the ability of failure immunity, widen the approaches of college ideological and political education and build anew educational pattern. Bringing the psychological guidance education into the system of college ideological and political education canspeed up the construction of the systematization and establish a targeted and timely educational system. The research shows that the in-troduction of psychological guidance to the educational system of ideological and political education with proper strategies can changethe college students' self - concepts and optimize the psychological environment in colleges.
