3764例呼吸道感染患者的肺炎支原体抗体检测结果分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨三河市肺炎支原体(MP)的病原学流行特点,为临床诊断MP感染提供病原学依据。方法采用间接免疫荧光法检测3764例呼吸道感染患者血清中MP-IgM抗体,根据性别、年龄和季节的MP阳性率情况进行统计分析。结果3764例患者MP-IgM抗体阳性率为15.8%,男性患者阳性率(15.1%)与女性患者阳性率(16.9%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);各年龄组间MP-IgM抗体阳性率比较以学龄前及学龄期组的MP-IgM抗体阳性率(29.3%)为最高,明显高于其他各年龄组(P<0.01);以婴儿组的MP-IgM抗体阳性率(7.1%)为最低,显著低于其余各组,结果比较有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同季节患者MP-IgM抗体检测阳性率比较,秋季和春季的阳性率(23.4%和18.0%)明显高于夏季和冬季的阳性率(11.3%和10.2%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论本地区MP感染有人群性和季节性流行特点,学龄期儿童和青少年为易感人群,秋季和春季为高发季节。 Objective To investigate the etiological prevalent feature of pneumonia mycoplasma( PM) in local area,and to provide etiology basis for clinical diagnosis of MP. Methods The serum MP-IgM antibody in patients with pneumonia mycoplasma was detected by indirect immunofluorescence method and the results were analyzed based on MP positive rate in gender,age,and season. Results The MP-IgM antibody positive rate in3764 cases of patients was 15. 8%,and the positive rate between male( 15. 1%) and female( 16. 9%) had no significant difference( P〉 0. 05). MP-IgM antibody positive rate between different age groups had significant differences,in which group of preschool and school age had the highest positive rate of MP-IgM antibody( 29. 3%),and it was significantly higher than that of the other groups( P 〈0. 01). Infant's group had the lowest MP-IgM antibody positive rate( 7. 1%),whose result had significant differences from the other groups( P 〈0. 01). The MP-IgM antibody positive rate in patients with pneumonia mycoplasma was significantly different in different seasons. The positive rate during autumn( 23. 4%) and spring( 18. 0%) was significantly higher than that in summer( 11. 3%) and winter( 10. 2%),the result had significant differences between them( P〈 0. 01). Conclusion The prevalent of MP infection in local area has public and seasonal feature.Children in school age and teenagers are susceptible populations. Autumn and spring are popular seasons of infection.
