摘要
肿瘤的发生过程和多种因素有关,其中,基因表达的异常起着重要的作用。微小核糖核酸(microRNA,miRNA)在真核生物体内广泛存在,且其与肿瘤相关基因的表达调控密切相关。近年来,有研究表明miR-145在多种肿瘤中的表达较正常组织下调,提示miR-145可能作为一种肿瘤抑制基因调控肿瘤的发生过程,本文就miR-145与肿瘤的相关性进行了综合叙述。
The development of tumor is a multi-factorial and multi-step process in which abnormal gene expression may play an important role. It has been reported that microRNAs( miRNAs),which widely exist in eukaryotes,are closely related to gene expression regulation in tumor. Recently,some researches reported that miR-145 is down-regulated in various tumors relative to that in normal tissue. It indicated that miR-145 is a potential tumor suppressor,with the function of regulating the occurrence of tumor. This review will highlight the research progress on the relativity of miR-145 and some tumors.
