高职院校“国际化校企共同体”合作办学模式的构建与实践——以国际邮轮乘务专业为例

"校企共同体"合作办学模式的特点是把学校和企业两种不同的教育环境和资源有机结合,形成一种有利于培养适应市场需求和社会发展的新型人才培养模式。"国际化校企共同体"合作办学模式是对普通校企共同体合作模式所做的进一步国际化发展,其对于提升高职院校的国际化办学水平,教育培养能够更好适应跨国企业工作岗位要求,满足海内外用人单位实际需求的国际化技能型人才有着积极地促进作用。本文以国际邮轮乘务专业为例,探讨了高职院校"国际化校企共同体"合作办学模式的构建以及在提升高职院校人才培养质量实践过程中的优势。

“Community of schools and enterprises” means to cooperate the educational environment in schools with the resource of enterprise .It’s a new personnel training mode which adapts to the market requirement and so -cial development .“International Community of Schools and Enterprises”is an international development for ordinary school and enterprise cooperation .It has some positive effect on promoting international education level ,adapting to the job requirements of multinational enterprises and meeting the actual needs the international skilled personnel .
