“潜能德育”视角下汽修班教育新常态的实践策略研究

Research on Practical Strategies of New Education Normality from the Perspective of “Potential Morality Education”——Taking Vehicle Maintenance and Repairing Classes for Example

近年来,扬州旅游商贸学校构建了"潜能德育"体系,取得了较好的德育效果。由于汽修班级的特殊性以及现有的常态教育缺乏某些针对性,汽修班级的教育管理遇到了很大的难题。为此,针对汽修班级的客观实际,应结合班主任的工作实践,探索并总结行之有效的教育新常态策略。

In recent years ,potential morality education system has been set up in Yangzhou Tourism and Busi-ness Vocational School and obtained good effect .Due to the particularity of auto classes as well as the lack of direc-tion for present normal education ,education management of auto classes has met lots of problems .Therefore ,effec-tive strategies of new education normality should be explored in view of the objective reality and based on head teach -ers’ practical work .
