师生关系的好坏直接影响着教学质量和效果。文章从教师因素入手,深入分析师生矛盾的表现、原因,提出化解师生矛盾的对策,以期改善师生关系,构建和谐校园。

The quality of the relationship between teachers and students directly affects the teaching quality and effect .From the factors of teachers ,this paper deeply analyzes the causes of contradictions between teachers and students .It also puts forward the effective countermeasures of resolving the contradictions between teachers and stu -dents ,hoping to improve the relationship between teachers and students and thus to build harmonious campuses .
