摘要
采用光学、电子显微镜及维氏硬度测试仪对某铁路电气化失效接触线进行测试、分析,结果表明,接触线的断裂失效,是由于其材料纯铜的强度低、抗软化温度低及耐热性能差所造成的。同时,接触线在使用过程中局部瞬时高温造成其金属的软化和局部受到外载荷的冲击也使得接触线容易发生疲劳断裂。
We use optical microscopy ,electron microscope and vickers hardness tester to test and analyze the failure of a contact line in railway electrification .The results show that cracking failure is due to the lower strength of pure copper ,the lower resistance to softening temperature and heat resistance .At the same time ,higher temper-ature at a time caused the metal softener and was attacked by external force in local section ,making the line of con-tact fatigue fracture in the working process .
