摘要
目的探讨血管紧张素Ⅱ（angio（ensin Ⅱ，AngII）对人肺成纤维细胞（huminlungfibroblast，HLF）细胞株HLF-1 I型胶原蛋白表达的影响。方法体外培养HLF-1细胞。采用Masson染色法检测HLF-1细胞总胶原蛋白的表达，采用Westernblot法检测HLF-1细胞I型胶原蛋白的表达。结果AngⅡ呈时间依赖性地促进HLF-1细胞总胶原蛋白及工型胶原蛋白的表达，并且在AngⅡ作用24h时达到峰值。结论Angl参与了HLF-1胶原合成的调控，并可能在肺纤维化的发生、发展中起重要作用。
Objective To explore the effect of angiotensin Ⅱ （Ang Ⅱ ） on the expression of collagen type I （col- I ） in humanlung fibroblast （HLF）. Methods The HLF-1 cell line was used for in vitro studies. The total collagen protein expression level was detected using Masson staining assay. Col- I protein expression level was detected using Western blot. Results The expression levels of total collagen protein and Col-I protein were increased after Ang Ⅱ treatment in a time-dependent fashion. Conclusions Ang Ⅱ is involved in collagen synthesis in HLF-1 cell line.
