多因子场所分析在居住小区景观设计中的应用与探索——以鹤岗市千百度居住小区景观设计为例

摘要 居住小区景观设计是一个受多方面因素共同影响的复杂过程,单一因子应用分析存在片面性和主观性。文章从多因子分析法的改进出发,提出定性和定量相结合的多因子场所分析方案,详细阐述影响因子的选取与评价,并依据评价结果,叠加和分析地域环境、场所特征的影响因子,判别设计条件和依据,从而实现居住小区中人与景观相互融合联系。以鹤岗市千百度居住小区景观设计进行实例佐证,表明该方法能够适应居住小区景观设计与建设的需求,并具有较强的可操作性。 Landscape design in residential community, which is influenced by many factors, is a complex process. Monofactor application analysis exists the factors of one-sided and subjective. This article, based on the improvement of multifactor analysis, combined with the multifactor place analysis plan of qualitatively and quantitatively;elaborates the selection and evaluation of the influence factors, superposes and analyzes the influence factor of regional environment and place character in accordance with the evaluation results;and discriminates design conditions and basis, so as to realize the mutual fusion between people and the landscape within the residential community. Landscape design in Qianbaidu residential community in Hegang City, as an example, shows that this method can meet the demand of design and construction of resi-dential community landscape, and has strong operability.
