优质护理对腹腔镜治疗结肠慢传输型便秘患者生活质量的影响

Influnce of high quality nursing on life quality of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of patients with colonic slow transit constipation

目的探讨优质护理对腹腔镜治疗结肠慢传输型便秘患者生活质量的影响。方法采用整群抽样方法 ,选取在河北医科大学第二医院进行腹腔镜微创手术治疗的结肠慢传输型便秘患者作为研究对象,其中,2013年10月~2014年5月纳入20例患者设为对照组,采用常规护理;2014年6月~2015年4月纳入30例设为干预组,除常规护理外,还采用优质护理。采用医院焦虑抑郁量表对患者的焦虑抑郁情况进行评分,采用中文版SF-36量表评定患者的生活质量,并对患者的护理满意度进行调查。结果护理干预1、4周,干预组焦虑亚量表评分、抑郁亚量表评分均低于护理干预前及对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。干预组护理干预4周生活质量各维度评分均高于护理干预前及对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。干预组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论优质护理可明显改善结肠慢传输型便秘患者的焦虑抑郁状况和生活质量,提高患者的护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate influnce of high quality nursing on life quality of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of patients with colonic slow transit constipation. Methods Cluster sampling method was used, the patients with colonic slow transit constipation received minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery in the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University were collected as investigated objectives. From October 2013 to May 2014, 20 patients were collected as control group, they were given routine care. From June 2014 to April 2015, 30 patients were collected as intervention group, based on routine care, they were given high quality nursing. Hospital anxiety and depression scale was used to evaluate anxiety and depression of patients. SF-36 in Chinese version was used to assess the quality of life of patients. The patient′ s satisfaction was investigated. Results Nursing intervention 1 and 4 weeks, anxiety rating scale and depression rating scale scores in intervention group were lower than those before nursing intervention and in control group, with statistical differences（P〈0.05）. Nursing intervention 4 weeks, life quality of each dimension score was higher than that before nursing intervention and in control group, with statistical differences（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Nursing satisfaction rate of intervention group was higher than that in control group, with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing can significantly improve anxiety and depression and the quality of life of patients with colonic slow transit constipation, and significantly enhance patient′s nursing satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
