摘要
目前国内很多高校利用网络教学平台开展辅助教学,但对教师基于网络的教研活动支持较少。本文在开展网络教研过程中,提出教师网络教研的模式,设计了网络教研系统,对系统总体框架进行研究并设计其核心内容。与传统教研模式和其他网络教研模式相比,文章提出的教研模式和设计的教研系统有两方面的特点:从教研日常化的角度,将网络教学系统和教师教研系统融和有助于实现教研的常态化;从教研共同体建设的角度,提供教师自组织的机制,有助于形成稳定的教研共同体。
At present, many colleges and universities in China use learning management systems to support learning, but there islackofsupportforteaehers' network-based teaching and research activities. This paper identifies four key elements ofnetwork-based teaching and research activities. A subsystem is designed. The framework and the core functions of the system is proposed. Compared with the traditional teaching modes and research, the proposed mode and the supporting system have two features. From the perspective of everyday teaching and research, the integration of the proposed system into the network teaching system will help the normalization of teaching and research activities; from the perspective of community-building, the self-organizing mechanism will promote the formation of a stable teaching and research community.
