农民工综合素质:问题、原因与提升路径——基于老河口市农民工素质的调查分析

Report on Problems, Causes and Promotion Ways of the Comprehensive Qualities of Peasant Workers—— Based on the Investigation and Analysis of Laohekou Peasant Workers' Qualities

立足老河口市,以开展问卷、座谈会等形式进行调查研究,发现了农民工在文化技能、文化程度、创新意识等方面存在不足,严重影响了农民工作用的发挥。提出了统筹规划抓培训、培植大国工匠精神、培育创新精神、提高文明素养、搭建教育平台等提高农民工素质的具体办法,探讨了国家开放大学在农民工培养中应该发挥的作用。

Based on the questionnaire, forums and other forms of investigation in Laohekou region, this paper finds out the inefficiency of the peasant farmers in the cultural skills, the degree of Civilization, the innovation consciousness, etc, all of which seriously influence the role of the peasant farmers. This paper puts forward specific measures to solve the above problems： the overall planning training and spirit cultivation, the improvement the civilization quality, the setting up education platform, etc. This paper discusses that the National Open University should play a role in the peasant workers training.
