摘要
教学自信是提高思政课教师的教学效果,达成课程教学目标的必要因素。但是目前在大部分高职院校,由于社会环境、学校定位、学情不良、职业倦怠等因素的影响,思政课教师的教学自信存在明显的弱化倾向。不断学习积累,提高知识认知深度和广度,建立知识自信;加强社会实践,拓展教学空间,提供实证自信;优化工作发展环境,培育职业自信都是提高高职院校思政课教师教学自信的有效途径。
The self-confidence in teaching ideological and political course is to improve teachers' teaching effectiveness, and is the necessary elements to achieve the teaching objectives. But now in most of the colleges, because of the social environment, the location, the poor conditions, the burnout and other factors, ideological and political course teachers' confidence are in an obvious weakening tendency. Accumulating continuous learning, enhancing the depth and breadth of knowledge awareness, building up knowl- edge confidence; strengthening social practice and expand teaching space, providing empirical confidence; optimizing development environment, fostering self-confidence are effective ways to improve ideological and political course teaching confidence in vocational higher colleges.
