混杂纤维轻骨料混凝土抗冲击压缩特性研究 被引量:6

摘要 通过对28个Φ96mm×50mm的塑钢-聚丙烯混杂纤维轻骨料混凝土试件的SHPB冲击压缩试验,分析了密度、冲击气压和冲击次数对破坏强度和峰值应变的影响。结果表明:在冲击荷载作用下,密度对试件的破坏强度有明显影响,破坏强度随着密度增大而提高;与一般混凝土材料不同,塑钢-聚丙烯混杂纤维轻骨料混凝土破坏强度随冲击气压增大而明显降低。在低速冲击荷载作用下,混杂纤维轻骨料混凝土具有良好的韧性和抗多次冲击能力。 By the steel - polypropylene hybrid fiber reinforced lightweight aggregate concrete of 28 φ96 mm × 50 mm specimens SHPB impact compression test, analyzed the density, impact pressure and impact shocks times of failure strength and peak strain. The results show that under the impact load,failure strength, density of the specimen strength increased coefficient has obvious effect, breaking strength increased with the density increasing; different from general concrete materials, the failure strengthof steel - polypropylene hybrid fiber reinforced lightweight aggregate concrete decreased significantly when impact pressure increases. The low velocity impact loading, steel -polypropylene hybrid fiber reinforced lightweight aggregate concrete has good toughness and resistance to repeated impact.
