摘要
根据大型真空感应熔炼炉生产中所用锭模的相关特性及电渣重熔工序对引锭板的要求,设计出一种模具及耐材,可在浇注真空电极棒的同时,浇注出符合电渣重熔相关要求的电渣引锭板。实践表明:用此方法设计出的模具与耐材生产的引锭板表面光整,成分与真空锭一致,符合电渣重熔过程的使用要求;同时省时省力,避免了电渣重熔后电渣锭底部切除过多的问题,降低了生产成本。
According to the characteristics of ingot mould with large vacuum induction melting fumace, considering the requirement of start plate in ESR a kind of mold and refractory material were designed, which could produce electrodes and start plates at the same time. The production practices show that the start plate has a smooth surface and the same compositions with the electrode, suits the requirement in ESR remelting quite well; using this way in the production can save time and labor, avoid overfull cutting the base of ingot of ESR, the production cost is decreased.
