摘要
介绍了开发新覆膜砂用于解决DK4缸体毛坯气孔缺陷的案例。通过分析DK4缸体气孔缺陷产生原因、产品结构与工艺特点,开发了应用于DK4缸体水套芯的新覆膜砂TL-D1。新覆膜砂TL-D1具有发气量相对低、发气时间相对短等特点。试验和批量生产实践表明:TL-D1覆膜砂能有效降低DK4缸体毛坯的气孔缺陷率,提高产品质量。
The case to solve the blowhole defect of DK4 cylinder casting by developing the new precoated sand was presented. Through analyzing the reasons of the blowhole defect, structure and process of DK4 cylinder casting, a new precoated sand used in water jacket core of DK4 was developed. The new sand has the characteristics of low gas evolution and short gas time. The experiment and batch production show that TL-D1 can effectively reduce the DK4 cylinder's blowhole defect ratio and improve the quality of products.
