动物活体及人工皮肤组织辐射旁效应研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 辐射旁效应(RIBE)可以被不同类型的电离辐射所诱发。在各种体外培养细胞模型和活体动物及人体中,均检测到RIBE的存在。RIBE导致低剂量辐射的健康风险高于理论预期值,导致放射治疗后照射区域外原发性(辐射诱导)"二次"癌症的发生。相比于二维培养细胞模型,动物模型和人工构建皮肤组织模型中的RIBE更加接近人体内的复杂生长环境,传递表现出很大的不同。该研究主要对活体动物和人工构建皮肤组织的RIBE研究进展进行综述,对于研究RIBE的传递和机制具有重要的意义。
