摘要
基于动机性信息加工理论和创造力双路径模型,探讨内部动机和亲社会动机能否通过灵活性和坚持性的路径来影响员工创造力.通过问卷调查法,获得了315名制药公司销售人员的问卷数据.最终,结构方程模型的分析结果表明,内部动机和亲社会动机经由灵活性的中介作用影响销售创造力,而坚持性的中介作用没有得到验证.
According to the motivated information processing model and the dual-pathway creativity model,this study explored whether intrinsic motivation and prosocial motivation could affect employee creativity through flexibility pathway and persistence pathway.Using the method of questionnaire,315 salesmen from drug company were surveyed.Finally,through the structural equation model analysis,we found that flexibility mediated the effects of intrinsic motivation and prosocial motivation on employee creativity.However,the mediating effect of persistence had not been verified.
