摘要
获得全体民众广泛认同,是当前培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的前提和基础,也是其自身由社会主导价值观逐步转化为社会群体意识的元问题。从价值认同的外推路径来看,引导民众认同社会主义核心价值观,应当进一步以完善教育体系为基础,引导民众行为认同;以融入制度法规为保障,推动民众教化认同;以强化干部垂范为重点,引领民众效仿认同;以倡导互动参与为载体,促进民众体验认同。
The wide acceptance of the whole society acts as a foundation and premise to cultivating and practising socialist core values. Besides, it is a 'meta-question' to transfer social dominant values to the social awareness of crowds. Judging from the pathway for promoting value identification and leading the people 's awareness of socialist core values shall be based on further modification of educational systems, so as to guide people for behavioural identity. The boost of public education identity should be guaranteed by the integration of institutional laws. The recognition of the mass emulation shall be centered by the intensification of cadre's models. In addition, the promotion of common recognition of experiences shall be advocated by interaction and participation as a carrier.
