摘要 研究了陶瓷球计数装袋机的智能化控制系统及人机界面设计方法。基于PLC和触摸屏技术,制定控制系统的总体设计方案,对计数装袋机设备的系统构成,功能规划,人机界面进行研究和设计。试验验证了该系统对计数装袋过程进行智能控制和界面设计都符合用户要求,且操作简单。通过对陶瓷球计数装袋机的控制系统和人机界面进行研究设计,能有效提高陶瓷球的计数准确率和包装效率。 To research the intelligent control system and human- machine interface design approach of ceramic ball counting package machine were researthed. Based on PLC and touch screen technique, the overall design scheme of control system was made. Also, the system structure, function planning and human-machine interface of counting package machine were researched and designed. Intelligent control of the system for the process of counting package machine was verified by the tests of equipment. In conformance with the requirements of the users, the control system could be easily operated. Through the research and design of control system and human-machine interface for counting package machine, the accuracy of counting and packing efficiency can be effectively improved.
