摘要 本文结合由典型案例研究支撑的最新研究报告,对西方国家有关高利贷的主要文献进行分析总结。文章分为三部分:第一部分以英国为研究对象,概述高利贷及其利息的发展历史;第二部分主要分析高利贷问题的典型特征及其产生的原因;第三部分论述了非法放贷者所采取的主要收债手段。
