从高校图书馆资源共享必要性入手,对高校图书馆在实现资源共享过程中存在的诸多问题进行核心分析,进而以此为基础,提出有利于高校图书馆资源共享发展的对策与举措:夯实资源共享观念基础,保障馆藏资源结构合理化;改变图书馆管理体制,推行资源共享规范保障机制;多措并举,构建人才素质层次提升机制;强化新技术普及,促使用户检索能力提升实时化,以此达到强化研究主体分析,形成良性分析效果的研究目的。
