摘要
通过观察、访谈社会上不同的焦虑对象,设计相应的调查问卷,对焦虑对象进行了有针对性地指导阅读,并对焦虑对象进行问卷调查、评分。研究使阅读缓解焦虑与物理实验原理相结合,建立了一种新的实验分析模式,对阅读与焦虑心理关系的量化上做了新的探讨与分析,从而得出了阅读可以有效缓解焦虑的结论。
Through observing and interviewing different anxiety objects in society and designing relevant questionnaire, this paper provided the anxiety objects with guided reading and applied the questionnaires to grading them. Combined the method of using reading to relief anxiety and physics experiment theory, it formed a new method of experiment analysis and made a new discussion and analysis on the connection between reading and anxiety psychology from the quantification aspect, and finally discovered that reading can relieve the anxiety effectively.
