协同创新下的图书馆新馆服务定位与功能设计——以北京联合大学图书馆为例

Service Orientation and Function Design of New Library Based on Collaborative Innovation——Taking Library of Beijing Union University as an Example

国家"2011计划"实施以来,为图书馆在支持高校实施协同创新的过程中赢得了自身发展的新空间。分析了北京联合大学图书馆管理和服务现状,进行了协同创新下的新馆服务定位与功能设计,遵循"以人为本,藏以致用,服务至上,协同创新"的理念,提出图书馆开展协同知识服务的新功能,构建知识服务平台运行模式,显现了高校图书馆在协同创新下的存在价值。

With the implementation of China＇s ＂2011 plan＂, libraries have won new space for their own development in the process of supporting collaborative innovation. This paper analyzed the current situation of management and service in Library of Beijing Union University, and conducted the service orientation and function design of new library, and then put forward the new function of collaborative knowledge service followed the concept of people- orienta- tion, collection for use, service orientation and collaborative innovation. At last, it constructed the operation mode of knowledge service platform which showed the existence value of university library under collaboration innovation
