摘要
长期以来,图书馆的经营模式都追求馆藏量,很少站在读者的角度思考。近年来,图书馆服务体系在新形式下有了很大的转变,为广大读者提供了更多优质的个性化服务。特别是中国公共图书馆开展的基于均等服务目标创新服务体系,受到了广大读者及公众的一致好评,以均等服务目标背景和创新活动为切入点,分析其中具体的创新过程,并给予相关建议,以供参考。
For a long time, the management mode of library was pursuing the collection, rarely standing in the perspective of readers. In recent years, library service system has changed a lot in the new era, and provided readers with more high-quality personalized service. Particularly, public library' efforts on innovating service system based on the e- qual service target, have received the praise of readers and the public. With the background and innovations of e- qual service target as the breakthrough points, this article analyzed the specific innovation process and gave the re- lated suggestions for reference.
