Problems and Countermeasures of University Library on Carrying Out Reading Promotion Service

指出了高校图书馆开展阅读推广服务的困境:传统阅读遭遇危机,受到数字化阅读的挑战、制度建设严重落后、优势资源没有得到有效利用。提出了解决问题的相应对策:高校图书馆要顺应时代要求,加快数字化建设,各个层面都要加强制度建设和组织机构建设,充分、合理、有效利用高校自身的优势,加快阅读推广的步伐。

The paper pointed out the plight of university library on carrying out the reading promotion service ： The traditional reading fell into crisis in virtue of the challenge from digital reading, and underdeveloped system as well as the un- derutilized advantageous resources. At the same time, it put forward the problem-solving measures： Required by time and tide, university library needed to accelerate the promotion of digitization, and strengthen the system and or- ganization construction in all levels, using the advantages in a full, reasonable and effective way to speed up the pro- motion of reading.
