摘要
基于胜任力词典和现存相关文献,结合图书馆工作特点,在罗列出图书馆员胜任力清单的基础之上,运用行为事件访谈法采集图书馆员胜任特征相关数据。通过科学分析法对访谈数据进行检验,对胜任特征进行验证和区分,从而构建出图书馆员胜任力模型,最终确立15项胜任力,其中基准性特征8项,鉴别性特征7项。
Based on competency dictionary and existing literature, the thesis adopted behavior event interview to collect rele- vant data conceming librarians' competency characteristics through referring to the working characteristics of li- brary and the competency list. Consequently, interview data was inspected pursuant to scientific analysis method After verifying and differentiating competency characteristics, it accordingly constructed the librarians' competen- cy model, as welt as confirmed 15 competencies with 8 kinds of benchmark characteristics and 7 kinds of differen- tial characteristics
