摘要
介绍一种新型防夹天窗的电路设计,通过采用一种霍尔芯片来计算天窗的位置,并通过主芯片以LIN报文的形式反馈给BCM,实现天窗的开、关以及上倾、下倾功能。通过引入一种电动机控制芯片来反馈电动机上面的电流信号,然后把电流信号反馈给主微控制器。当电流值过大时,微控制器发出让天窗停止运行指令,以达到防夹的目的。
The circuit design of a new anti-pinch sunroof is introduced here. The position of its sunroof is calculated by a hall chip and fed back to the BCM by main chip in LIN message, thus it realizes the sunroof functions such as open, close, updip and downdip. The current signal of the motor is fed back by a motor control chip to the main MCU, which can send order to stop the sunroof for pinch prevention when the current value is overlarge.
