基于通信协议和OSEK/VDX标准的故障诊断

摘要 现代汽车法规对汽车行车安全性、驾驶舒适性、废气排放和燃料经济性要求越来越严格,导致车载电控单元越来越多,汽车总线技术的应用和车载网络化控制成为服务上述要求的最佳选择。车载网络系统已变得越来越复杂,给售后维修和故障诊断带来挑战。本文以德系车为例,追踪德系车载CAN网络系统组成及诊断技术的最新发展,从总线通信协议、即时作业管理系统(OSEK/VDX)的角度,归纳了车载网络系统故障类型、车载网络拓扑分析方法,对故障起因进行准确的定位,并介绍了各种工况下的CAN总线电阻和信号电压值,为用简单设备进行故障诊断提供参考。最后从实战的角度,运用车载网络故障诊断流程图的方法,引导大家有效地进行故障诊断。 The latest development of vehicle CAN system composition and diagnostic technology are introduced here. The fault types of vehicle network system and its topology analysis method are summarized based on the bus communication protocol and the OSEK / VDX system. The fault causes are precisely located, and the CAN bus resistance and signal voltage value under various conditions are introduced to provide reference for fault diagnosis by simple equipment. The fault diagnosis flow chart for vehicle network is used to guide the fault diagnosis from the angle of actual combat.
