摘要
利用紫外线对羊毛纤维进行辐照,分析紫外线辐照对羊毛纤维服用性能及分子结构的影响。研究表明,羊毛纤维质量损失率、断裂强力、结晶度随着紫外线辐照时间的增加不断下降,而纤维表面摩擦因数与断裂伸长率随着紫外线辐照时间的增加不断增大,且羊毛纤维质量、断裂强力、结晶度、表面摩擦因数与断裂伸长率随紫外线辐照时间变化速率最大的区间均在0~10 h。经过紫外线辐照处理,羊毛纤维的α-螺旋结构发生向β-折叠结构与无规则卷曲结构的转变。
Wool fibers were treated by ultraviolet radiation to study influence of ultraviolet radiation on wearabilities and molecular structure. Researches showed that quality loss rate, breaking strength and crystallinity of wool fiber were all decreased with ultraviolet radiation time increasing except the fiber surface friction coefficient and the elongation at break. Meanwhile, max change rate zone of quality loss rate, breaking strength, crystallinity, the fiber surface friction coefficient and the elongation at break of wool fiber were all at 0 - 10 h. The α-helix structure of wool fiber had been changed to β-folding structure and random curly structure after the ultraviolet radiation.
