摘要
通过对柳皮进行碱脱胶、给油等处理获得柳皮纤维,攻克精梳棉纤维、负离子纤维、柳皮纤维、澳毛纤维混纺的关键技术难点,采用精梳棉纤维、负离子纤维、柳皮纤维、澳毛按照混纺比60/20/10/10成功开发出15.5 tex紧密纺纱,经测试单纱断裂强力为325 c N,断裂强度为20.99 c N/tex,单纱断裂伸长率为5.21%,单纱强力CV值为12.1%,百米质量变异系数为2.45%,百米质量偏差为+0.7%,条干CV值为11.4%,黑板棉结粒数为58粒/g,棉结颗粒数为34个/km,3mm以上毛羽根数为30.6根/10 cm,该紧密纺纱线结合了棉纤维、柳皮纤维、负离子纤维、澳毛的优点,可以用来做高档的家纺产品、内衣、色织衬衫等。
Through alkali degumming, oiling and other processing we get cortex salicis fiber and conquer key technology difficulties of four fibers blending. Fine comb cotton fiber, anion fiber, cortex salicis fiber, and Australasian wool were used to develop 15.5 tex compact spinning yarn according to blended ratio of 60/20/10/10. After testing, the single yarn fracture strong was 325 cN, fracture strength was 20.99 cN/tex, single yarn fracture elongation rate was 5.21% , single yarn strong CV value was 12. 1% , hundred meters weight variation coefficient was 2.45% , hundred meters weight deviation was + 0.7% , article dry CV value was 11.4% , blackboard cotton knot grain number was 58 grain/g, cotton knot particles number was 34 piece/kin, the hairiness number above 3 mm was 30.6 pieces/10 cm. The compact spinning yarn had the advantages of cotton, cortex salicis fiber, negative anion fiber and wool,it can be used to do high-end of home spinning products, underwear and color weaving shirt.
