摘要
以棉/亚麻混纺纱为经纱,棉/Coolplus/亚麻氨纶包芯纱为纬纱进行多组分轻薄型弹力牛仔面料的开发。根据经纱中亚麻纤维粗硬且毛羽较长的特点,优选络筒、整经、染浆等织前准备工序的工艺参数,并在染浆联合机上利用预湿上浆原理达到了节能增效的目的。在剑杆织造工序采取多种措施克服了纬纱回弹带来的困难,减少了面料百脚疵点的产生。所开发的牛仔面料具有时尚的外观和导湿快干、凉爽舒适、回弹抗皱等优异的服用性能,是理想的夏季休闲服饰面料。
The muhi-component thin elastic denim fabric is developed with cotton/flax blended yarn as warp and cotton/Coolplus/flax spandex core spun yarn as weft. Pre-weaving process parameters, such as winding, warping, dyeing and sizing, are optimized according to the coarse and long hairiness characteristics of flax fiber in warp. The purpose of energy saving and high efficiency is reached with pre- wetting sizing principle in dyeing-sizing combined machine. In the process of rapier weaving, various measures are taken to overcome the difficulties caused by the rebound of weft and reduce the fabric defects. The developed denim fabric has fashionable appearance and many excellent wearability, such as moisture transfering and fast drying, cool and comfortable, elastic and antiwrinkle. Then it's the ideal fabric for summer casual apparel.
