200kt/a丁苯橡胶装置试生产问题分析与改进

摘要 介绍了某200 kt/a丁苯橡胶装置试生产情况,分析了装置生产中遇到的总固体含量高、凝聚效果不好以及优级品率低、能耗高等问题的主要原因。认为影响装置稳定运行重点是凝聚系统设计不合理,产品优级品率低主要原因是自配乳化剂不稳定、调节剂单点加入不利于反应过程的控制。采取对凝聚系统进行改造、外购乳化剂、多点加调节剂、提高转化率的措施,实现了装置连续稳定运行。优级品率由38%提高到94%以上,生产能耗(折标准油)也由大于300 kg/t降到270 kg/t。 In this paper, problems in trial-production of styrene-butadiene rubber plant were introduced, analyzed the main reasons of high gel content, bad flocculation effect and low-rate of top-grade product in production. The most important things that affected the plant to run continually and stably were unreasonable design and low-rate of top-grade product was affected by unstable of self-making emulsifier, reaction process control was difficult when the modifier added by single point. Measures such as rebuilding the flocculating system, using outsourcing emulsifier, modifier added multipoint and improving the conversion rate were used to ensure the plant to run continually and stably, the rate of top-grade product was improved from 38 percent to 94 percent, the production energy consumption was decreased from over 300 kg/t to 270 kg/t(relative to standard oil).
