人才培养模式的改革是高等职业院校深化教学改革的核心。渤海船舶职业学院轮机工程技术专业(船舶动力方向)围绕高素质、高技能型专门人才的培养目标,积极借鉴国内外先进经验,结合专业特色,在校企合作、工学结合的人才培养模式大背景下,探索出适合自身发展的人才培养模式——校企互动、能力递进,为其他高职院校人才培养模式改革提供有益的借鉴。

Talents training mode reform is the core of deepening the teaching reform in vocational college. Bohai Shipbuilding Vocational College marine engineering technology major（ship power direction） focuses on the training objective of high quality and high skilled talents, actively draws lesson from domestic and foreign advanced experience, combined with professional features, in the background of college-enterprise cooperation and work-integrated learning talent training mode, it explores the talent training mode suitable for their own development-college and enterprise interaction and ability progression,and provides beneficial reference for other higher vocational college talent training mode reform.
