摘要
江苏食品药品职业技术学院基于加拿大CBE教学模式,对冷加工食品生产技术课程从DACUM职业分析、学习包的开发、教学实施与管理和教学评价等四个方面进行了改革,使学生对冷加工食品生产方面的知识和技能的掌握得到提升,进一步提高了人才培养质量。
Based on CBE teaching mode in Canada, Jiangsu Food and Pharmaceutical Science College reformed cold processing food production technolo gy course from four aspects of DACUM vocational analysis, the development of learning package, teaching implementation and management, and teaching evaluation. This increased students’ grasp of the knowledge and skills of cold processing food production, and further enhanced the quality of talent training.
