近年来,就业市场对室内设计人才的需求呈现出了明显的递升趋势,但许多高职院校的人才培养模式与市场需求之间严重脱节。原因是高职室内设计专业毕业生虽能掌握系统的专业知识,但动手能力差。高职院校将"以师带徒"为核心的现代学徒制引入室内设计专业人才培养模式的改革探索,可以有效提升学生的技能水平,进一步促进室内设计人才培养与社会需求的紧密接轨。

In recent years, the employment market demands more interior design talents, but the talent training mode in many higher vocational colleges disconnects with the market demand. The reason is that although higher vocational graduates of interior design have professional knowledge, their operational ability is poor. Higher vocational colleges explore the reform of interior design talent training mode by introducing modern apprenticeship, and this can effectively increase students’ technical level and further promote the close connection between talents training and social demand.
