高职院校实验教师队伍建设探究

A Research on the Construction of Higher Vocational Colleges' Experimental Teaching Team

高职院校旨在培养应用型技能人才,实验实训教学时数大于理论课教学时数,重视和加强实验教师队伍建设尤为重要。提升实验教师的专业基础知识、实践教学能力、实验室管理能力,是高职教育的迫切需要。应依托专业群建设建立实训中心,建立企业挂职锻炼制度,参加不同层次培训等环节来完成实验教师的各项能力的培养。

As higher vocational colleges aim to develop application-oriented skilled talents, it is important to arrange more experimental teaching hours than theoretical teaching hours, and emphasize and strengthen the construction of experimental teaching team. Higher vocational education is in urgent need of enhancing experimental teachers’ professional knowledge,practical teaching ability and laboratory management ability. The training of abilities of experimental teachers can be accomplished through relying on professional group construction to build practical training center, establishing enterprise practice system, and attending several levels of training etc.
