摘要
藻红蛋白是无毒副作用的天然产物,是一种新型蛋白光敏剂。光动力学治疗是一种新的肿瘤治疗手段。近年来,对藻红蛋白在肿瘤光动力治疗中的应用研究逐步发展起来。通过介绍近年来对光动力治疗和光敏剂的研究进展、现状和历史,主要阐述了由藻红蛋白介导的光动力作用对肿瘤细胞的作用效果和作用机制,认为藻红蛋白在肿瘤光动力治疗的发展过程中至关重要。藻红蛋白可能是通过光动力反应过程中产生的活性氧物质来杀死肿瘤细胞或引起肿瘤细胞凋亡,从而达到治疗目的。
Phycoerythrin is a natural product without toxic side effects and is a novel protein photosensitizer.Photodynamic therapy is a new cancer treatment. In recent years,research on phycoerythrin applications in photodynamic therapy of tumors gradually developed. This article describes the recent research progress,status and history about the photodynamic therapy and the photosensitizer. The effects and mechanisms about the role of phycoerythrin-mediated photodynamic therapy on tumor cells are expounded. The study showed that phycoerythrin is crucial in the development process of photodynamic therapy. The reason of phycoerythrin's killing tumor cells or inducing apoptosis of tumor cells is that active oxygen species are produced by photodynamic therapy,thus achieving therapeutic purposes.
