摘要
高温气冷堆核电站(HTR-PM)是国家"十一·五"重大专项支持的重点工程,数字化保护系统是HTRPM重大专项关键技术及相关试验研究项目之一。研究数字化反应堆保护系统软件的可靠性对提高保护系统的整体可靠性具有重要的意义。本文在分析、整理HTR-PM保护系统软件开发过程中记录的测试数据基础上,研究并提出了基于错误严重程度的软件可靠性模型。
High Temperature Gas-Cooled Reactor-Pebble bed Module (HTR-PM) Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) is one of the most important projects in the National Science &Technology Major Project during the eleventh Five-Year Plan period. HTR-PM digital Reactor Protection System (RPS) is one of the key research subjects in the HTR-PM NPP supported by the National S&T Major Project. The research on software reliability of digital RPS plays an important role to improve the reliability of RPS. Based on analyzing the fault data set collected during the software development of HTR-PM RPS, a new software reliability model involved the fault severity was studied and established.
