摘要
本文提出了一种联锁优化方法,主要是通过给重要联锁阀门再增加一个电磁阀,实现双电磁阀控制气路,使阀门动作更加安全可靠。并给两位式放空阀加装定位器,将其改为流量调节阀,以改善喘振时流量波动大的情况。同时精简主联锁停车条件,保证联锁仪表动作的准确有效性。这种联锁优化方法可进一步保障压缩机的安全运行,降低因仪表故障而导致非计划停工的概率。
This paper presents an optimization method interlock.Mainly by giving an electromagnetic valve to important interlock valve that make double solenoid valve control gas path.Make the operation of the valve more safe and reliable.To improve flow fluctuation under the surge conditions we turn the two type vent valve to flow regulating valve by installing a locator.At the same time,streamline the main interlocking lockout condition to ensure the effectiveness of the instrument and accurate operation of the interlock.This interlock optimization can further protect the safe operation of the compressor.Reduce the probability due to instrument failure caused unplanned downtime.
