摘要
以铁路客车某充电器箱体为研究对象,利用Solid-edge建立三维模型,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS-workbench对其进行静力学分析和模态分析,找出箱体结构的薄弱环节,对其进行优化,减小箱体受载荷时的变形,提高其使用安全性能。其结果可为深入进行动力学分析以及结构优化设计提供依据。
With the charger box of the passenger train as the research object ,by using Solid-edge software ,the 3D models can be established .By applying the finite element analysis software ANSYS-workbench ,the static analysis and modal analysis for the charger box is given .Through this method ,the weaknesses of the charger box can be find out ,and then the structure of the box is optimized to reduce the stress deformation and improve the using safety .The results can provide the basis for further dynamic analysis and structure optimization design .
