摘要
在科技书刊中常常出现X线荧光光谱和X线衍射图谱坐标标目表示不规范的现象。究其原因,主要是作者和编辑对X线强度的概念不清晰,照搬了计算机输出的XRF和XRD图谱。在简要介绍标目的规范表达形式、XRF和XRD分析技术以及X线强度检测方法的基础上,探讨了XRF和XRD图谱的规范表示形式。XRF和XRD图谱的纵坐标标目规范表示形式为X线强度I/s-1;横坐标标目规范表示形式为X线能量E/eV波长或λ/m和X线衍射角2θ/(°)。
That the annotation of X-ray fluorescence spectrometry and X-ray diffraction spectrum is not standard appears frequently in scientific publications. The reason is that the conception of X-ray intensity is not understood clearly, and X-ray fluorescence spectrometry and X-ray diffraction spectrum are copied directly from computer records. This paper illustrates the standard forms of Coordinate headings, and the technology of XRF and XRD and their X-ray intensity detection method. And furthermore it analyzes the standard annotation of X-ray fluorescence spectrometry and X-ray diffraction spectrum. The standard an- notation are I/s^-1, E/eV or λ/m and 20/(°) .
