摘要
针对某型号引信自动装配机在雷管自动上料过程中需要精确定位的问题,提出使用西门子S7-300PLC和FM353步进定位模块的设计方案,重点介绍了步进电机的选型过程、FM353定位原理和使用方法。实践证明该系统性价比高,功能完善,完全满足现场控制要求。
To the accurate positioning problem of the automatic assembly machine in the automatic feeding process of detonator ,a stepper motor position control system based on SIEMENS S7-300 PLC and FM353 stepper positioning module was put forward .This paper introduced the selection process of step motor ,the positioning principle and use of FM 353 .Practice shows that this method is of high cost performance ,perfect function ,fully meeting the control requirements .
