杭州跨境电子商务发展势头良好,第三方综合服务平台逐步完善。中国(杭州)跨境电子商务综合试验区成立、电商交易规模发展迅猛,实行区域通关一体化,出口手续不断简化为杭州跨境贸易电子商务提供了良好的发展机遇,同时也要面对物流发展水平较低,支付体系风险大,相关制度不完善,外贸成本优势下降,国际贸易形势严峻等挑战。提出以下对策:加快建设海外仓,完善跨境物流体系,建立完善相关法律法规,提高企业经营管理水平。

With the establishment of China （Hangzhou） comprehensive test area of cross -border e -commerce, the bigger electronic transaction scale in 2015, the implement of regional integration policy, and the simplified process of export, provide a good development opportunity for Hangzhou. Meanwhile, we will face lots of challenges, such as the slow development of logistics,the great risk of payment system, the imperfect economic system and reforming institution, the increasing trade cost, the severe international situation and so on. For the current problems of cross - border e - commerce in trade facihtation in Hangzhou, putting forward the following suggestion of these problems, speed up the construction of oversea location, improve the system of cross - border logistics, establish and perfect relevant laws and regulations, enhance the level of management.
